Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. General Return Policy

Due to the diverse nature of our products, return policies vary by product category. In general:

  • Most unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Some products have specific return conditions due to their nature (e.g., chemicals, custom items, or perishable goods).
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return period.

2. Product-Specific Return Conditions

Shipping Containers

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the container:

  • Does not match the description on our website
  • Has structural damage not disclosed at the time of sale
  • Is the wrong size or type as ordered

Containers must be in the same condition as delivered and not modified.

Industrial Chemicals & Research Chemicals

For safety and regulatory reasons, returns are not accepted for chemical products once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened.

Unopened chemicals in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval and restocking fee.

Electronics & Computer Equipment

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective items or items that don’t match their description.

All electronics must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Agricultural Products & Animal Feed

Due to the perishable nature of these products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Vehicles & Heavy Equipment

Returns of golf carts, scooters, tractors, and other vehicles are subject to individual inspection and evaluation.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@en-ventas.com within the specified return period for your product
  2. Provide your order number and details about the reason for return
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please do not ship returns to our main address without prior authorization.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email notification of receipt
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days

Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Restocking Fees

Some products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, particularly for:

  • Custom orders
  • Large equipment
  • Products requiring special handling

Any applicable restocking fees will be disclosed before processing your return.

5. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product:

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items with broken seals (unless defective)
  • Personal safety equipment

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund

9. Cancellations

Order cancellations are possible if requested within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

For custom orders or large shipments, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
